I have been on a quest to find how I can live in my truth, more fully and abundantly. This quest led to the principles and concepts of “Living in Thrival”. You may be asking yourself, “What is Thrival”? If there were a dictionary definition, it would be: "a state of Being, or act of Thriving." Thrival is on the opposite end of the spectrum from Survival. It is a state of Being, not of having. Thrival is a state of mind, a Beingness, which creates a state of existence. I think and believe I am thriving; and therefore, I become and live in Thrival.
Have you ever thought about how the choices you make affect your quality of life? We sometimes think about this only when we have a “life changing” decision to make, such as getting married, taking this job over that one, or where to live. But what about all the other choices we make everyday, many of them unconsciously that affect our lives just as deeply as the “big” ones? It is the unconscious choices we make that determine our reality just as much as the conscious ones.
I have followed the
teachings of Abraham-Hicks for many years and personally know the power
of Deliberate Creation and the Law of Attraction. We have the ability to create the reality our lives manifest by the choices that we make. The following poem speaks about choices, Living in Thrival, and the Law of Attraction. I invite you to ask yourself the question at the end, “What do you choose?”
What do I choose to do today?
What do I choose to be?
The choice is mine to make.
Do I choose to be happy and joyful,
or to be sad and down?
Do I choose to live in my truth,
or do I live a lie to survive?
What do I choose?
The choice is mine.
Do I choose to see my connection
or do I see only the illusion of separation?
Do I choose to flow abundance
or do I choose to turn away from it?
Do I choose to love myself
or do I choose to be alone?
How I live my life is a choice that I make,
I can choose what I want.
I can choose to be conscious and present
or I can let myself be tossed by the sea of unknowing
taking whatever my scattered thoughts lead me to.
We choose the shores and streams of our life.
We choose to thrive or survive,
either consciously or by default.
Today, this moment, I choose to live in my truth and thrive.
What is your choice?
